Refund and exchange are only accepted if customer receive damage product(s)
Customers are required to send back the item to us before it is checked for any damages and defects before refund is given.
If there is no damage found, the item will be shipped back to the customers and bear any incurred shipping fee.
Product return are accepted maximum 3 days after the package has arrived at destination.
If you return the product more than 3 days, we do not accept any return products.
Refund process will takes 3 working days after customer’s bank account is given
2. Wrong Product Type
If it’s an error from our team, the return and exchange process will be done with the shipping fee paid by Dancoly.
The correct product then will be sent out after we receive the item. If it’s an error because of a lack of confirmation from the customers,
the shipping fee for the return(s) then will be paid by the customer.
3. Wrong item Sent
The correct product will be sent out after the customer has returned the wrong item.
All shipping fees will be paid by Dancoly.
4. Unsent item / Delay
Dancoly will immediately send the item with one day delivery service to the customer
